Peyton Tucker was chosen as the 1st ever Miss Illinois' Outstanding Pre-Teen. She was picked out of 13 other contestants and was awarded $750 in savings bonds to go towards her education. Peyton, from Moline, is an 11 year old, 5th grader. She is very active in vocal performance and theater as well as volunteering in her community. For her talent, Peyton performed a vocal selection to "Everything's Coming Up Roses".
