Meet Miss Illinois Jaryn Franklin as she makes her last public appearance as Miss Illinois 2016. Jaryn will do a public reading of her favorite children’s book “It’s Okay to Be Different” from 12PM-1PM at the Marion Carnegie Library. This event is open to the public.
